Michael Benner is veterinarian, and was responsible as college assistant in the collegiate training in the field of food microbiology and food hygiene before he started his current function as director of the KIN Quality Assurance. For 24 years, he has been working as employee of the KIN in the field of quality assurance, with the main focus on microbiology and hygiene, quality management, hygiene management as well as food law. As accredited food expert and external auditor for quality management systems, he disposes of long-lasting experience in the field of professional qualifications.
