General Terms and Conditions of Innoform Coaching GbR

1. scope of application

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between clients, participants in seminars, workshops and conferences and Innoform Coaching GbR. Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer/participant are not valid.

2. registration/confirmation of registration

The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Registration for events can be made via the Internet, by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. The participant receives a confirmation e-mail with organizational information in advance. The written confirmation of Innoform Coaching makes the registration binding. The written confirmation of registration including invoice, directions, programme and booking form for a hotel room reservation will be sent before the event date.

3. reservation

The participant can reserve a place free of charge. A binding commitment must be made at least 3 weeks before the event date.

4.participant limitation

The number of participants per event is limited. Registrations will be considered in order of arrival. A waiting list is set up for fully booked business events, which is also taken into account in the order in which they arrive if a seat becomes available.

5. terms of payment/participant

The participation fee plus statutory value added tax is to be paid after receipt of the invoice, at the latest after 14 days net if the participant is in default of payment, a reminder fee will be charged.

6. Inno-Ticket

The purchase of a 5-series or 15-series Inno ticket includes the purchase of 5 or 15 vouchers, which entitle the holder company to participate in Innoform events of his or her choice (one voucher per participant and day of the event will be redeemed). The vouchers/tickets are transferable within a company and are valid for at least 2 years. We manage the open vouchers at Innoform. They are not delivered in the original. Quarterly we inform the buyer by e-mail about the open vouchers. For bookings, these are automatically used by us.

7. services

The event fee includes the costs for the event, seminar documentation and catering during the day of the event, for two-day events including dinner. Not included are parking fees, drinks at the hotel bar or minibar and accommodation costs.

8. accommodation

The event fee does not include accommodation costs. Innoform Coaching provides room contingents at special conditions on call for participants in the respective conference hotel or in a hotel near the event location up to 3 weeks before the start of the event. There is no guarantee that you will receive a room. The participant will receive a booking form with the first confirmation e-mail and a written confirmation. With this booking form the participant can book a room directly at the hotel. We recommend that you guarantee a late arrival by depositing a credit card number.

9. cancellation/rebooking

In case of cancellation it is possible to provide a substitute participant without additional costs. Otherwise, Innoform Coaching will issue a voucher for each day of the event, which can be redeemed for any event (value = one day of the event) within two years and is transferable within the company. If no cancellation is made by the previous evening, 50% of the invoice amount is due. The cancellation notice must be in writing and is confirmed by Innoform Coaching.

10.lecture documents/certificate/login area (My Innoform)

The participant receives a seminar folder with the speakers' presentations. After the event, he will receive free access to the Innoform Coaching website in a protected area to download the presentations approved by speakers. To log in to the login area, they receive personal access data with which they can log in from the first time they participate and view all the events they have attended from 2008 onwards.A certificate will be provided at the end of the event in the download area.

11.Cancellation of the event

Innoform Coaching reserves the right to cancel an event - e. g. in the event of a speaker's absence or due to a lack of participants. Innoform Coaching informs you in good time about cancellations or necessary changes to the program. In case of cancellation of an event, fees already paid will be refunded or a voucher will be issued upon request (see above). Further claims (e. g. for reimbursement of travel or accommodation costs) are excluded.

12. Limitation of liability of the organizer

Innoform Coaching is not liable for losses or damage to objects brought along at events. Please do not leave any valuables or important materials in the conference room during breaks.Innoform Coaching is not liable for damage caused by participants to the property of third parties. The assumption of personal injury is also excluded.

13. change of the programme of events

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, date, speakers or venue.

14. Copyrights

The seminar, workshop or conference documents handed over within the framework of the Innoform Coaching events are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without the express written consent of Innoform Coaching and the respective speakers.

16. in-house trainings

Seminars with our clients or exclusively with groups of one client are referred to as in-house trainings. These are sold, developed and billed separately. Here, Innoform establishes a direct dialogue between the speaker and the client so that content meets expectations based on our standard seminar programme. Innoform shall not be liable for any liability resulting from these in-house trainings.

17. final provision

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, incomplete or impracticable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

18 Applicable law/place of jurisdiction

The contract is subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction for all claims and legal disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Osnabrück.
