Isabel Arroyo is Circularity Technology Leader at Dow, bringing 30 years of experience in the packaging industry. Throughout her career at Dow, she has held multiple technical roles within the Packaging and Specialty Plastics business, working closely with global film converters and end use partners.
In her current role, Isabel leads the technical development of sustainable product solutions across EMEA, including REVOLOOP™ Recycled Plastic Resins and Design for Circularity initiatives, supporting Dow’s 2035 Close the Loop ambition.
She is a member of the CEFLEX Steering Committee and the RecyClass Advisory Board.
Isabel holds degrees in Chemistry a Master’s in Polymer Chemistry, along with a Marketing Diploma.
