CURRICULUM VITAE
Steve Coulson started in packaging immediately after leaving technical college where he studied in Engineering Technology. After 13 years in folding carton packaging with Lawson & Jones ( subsequently Alcan) he moved into the flexible packaging arena and has been there ever since. Following 8 years with Amcor as Business Unit Manager Vacuum Metallizing & Graphic Products, he moved to FPC, a flexible packaging converter and then Peel Plastics for 18 years and subsequently to Takigawa Corporation 3 years ago. With a total of 31 years in flexible packaging and 21 years focused on the pouch market, he has several patents published and numerous successful development projects.
