Comparison of systems
Von Stefano Tamarindo - Gualapack S.p.A. will offer an unique aseptic system joining together the concept of pre-made pouches and in line e-beam sterilization. The experience of more than 20 years of pouch manufacturing with high quality standard aimed to produce a functional, secure and safe packaging joined together with the efficient and effective e-beam technology conceive a revolutionary system for the aseptic industry of flexible pouches. This approach to filling premade pouches delivers substantial benefits of over conventional retort, hotfill, chemical sterilization, or pre-irradiation techniques, from both a technical and economical point of view keeping strong and improved the main principles of primary packaging: safety and reliability. This technology will play an important role driving the rapid adoption of pre-made pouch package formats for an increasing number of food and beverage applications.
