Frans Elbersen studied Electronics in Eindhoven. Subsequently he worked 5 years at Bosch Verpakkingsmachines in Weert, Netherlands as a controls engineer.
Getting acquainted with packaging technology he started in 1987 as an entrepreneur specialized in controls for packaging machine industry.
During this period he successfully designed (and produced) Pick&Place robotic CasePackers as well as Palletizers. All these controls were based on IPC's (Industrial PC) and programmed in C++.
Finally in 2002, he decided to develop a new type of machine. The focus was set on seal testing.
Because automatic case packing needed inspection of the quality of the bags, before these bag were put automatically into the box. This resulted in the FLI-SealTester-MAP3.
The Fast Line Inspections (patented) SealTester-MAP3 is now put into the market since 2011.
Frans Elbersen is the owner of Fast Line Inspections.
