Gerald Lefebvre has diverse international packaging management experience including R&D, Quality, Sales and Industrial Planning within several major materials & systems suppliers. (PPG, UCB, WALKI, COSMOP, LAWSON MARDON, ALCAN.)

His 20+ years of experience designing packaging programs that incorporate laboratory plans through package production and validation for key international clients, has enabled him to define, measure,analyze, control and innovate packaging solutions from the "nanométrical" formulation of raw materials to the final model/design in respect to environmental life cycles, waste, quality & costs with tools and common sense.

In 2006, he decided to create his own Consultant Agency to optimize packaging systems and make them more "sustainable".
