The topic of mineral oils has not left the packaging and food industry alone for about 10 years. During this time, the packaging industry has taken a variety of measures to reduce the mineral oil cont... [Mehr anzeigen]amination of raw materials for food packaging as much as possible. Despite all this, both the diverse manufacturing steps and the various raw materials offer entry routes that are often difficult to avoid. In addition, laboratory analysis is still not able to reliably distinguish between all possible sources of input. This web seminar briefly explains the basics of the MOSH/MOAH problem and introduces the current legal situation. Furthermore, we explain what MOSH, MOAH, POSH and ROSH are all about and where pitfalls lurk for the packaging industry. |
